You'll master the tools of the trade (hello, Procore!) while working on projects that shape our city. Your desk will be command central for projects that transform landmark buildings. You'll be the go-to person keeping the engineers, drafters, and project managers all moving in the same direction. This isn't your average admin role - you're the person who keeps our projects running like clockwork. Here's what your day might look like:
Setting up project files that even Marie Kondo would approve of. Making sure our online job management system is a well-oiled machine. Keeping track of who's doing what (and when they're doing it). Making procurement paperwork look easy. Being the organizational superhero our project teams need. What Type of Person Will Be Successful
We're looking for someone who gets a kick out of creating order from chaos and loves being part of a team that makes big things happen. You'll fit right in if:
You're a natural organizer who can keep multiple plates spinning. You've got experience with project management systems (bonus points for Procore!). You communicate like a pro - whether it's with our engineers or our clients. You can stay cool when things get busy (and trust us, they will). You've got some construction industry experience (great!), but if not, your customer service or administrative background might be just what we are looking for. Been working as a Construction Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Document Controller? Your skills could be perfect for this role!
