To support our growth objectives and ongoing commitments to the north-west region, we are searching for an experienced Team Leader to manage a small consultant team based in Burnie.
This person needs to be a dynamic people leader, one not afraid of a sometimes frustrating and challenging environment, with a strong desire to reshape the on-hired staffing and recruitment landscape across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Coach, mentor, and manage a small team of consultants.Support consultants to deliver quality recruitment processes.Own and deliver key recruitment assignments for major clients.Undertake business development and client acquisition activities throughout the north-west coast.Build collaborative networks with business managers and owners in north-west Tasmania.Leadership of safe work and quality customer service principles.Requirements: A proven people leader with sales management experience.Forward-thinking and dynamic approach to business development.Ability to network and build productive business-to-business relationships.Proficiency in using CRM systems.Unrestricted driver's license and ability to travel intra-state on a regular basis.How to Apply: If you're a people leader looking for change and to challenge yourself in a dynamic new industry, I would like to hear from you.
