Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is a rapidly growing agency experiencing and increase in demand from clients across all three of our divisions (Nursing, Doctors and Allied Health). This growth has drastically increased our need for experienced Team Leads to join CMR now and into the next few months. 

As a billing Team Leader, you'll manage an in-demand desk as well as lead a team of between 2 and 6 recruiters. You'll manage your own recruitment business, while coaching and developing your team and ensuring we make a positive impact on the healthcare community. You'll be led by experienced recruitment managers and national recruitment managers and provided with opportunities to grow.

Your role will include:Driving team and individual results, morale, customer engagement, career development and of course - the fun!Working with the Recruitment Manager to develop ambitious and innovative quarterly and annual strategy plansDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their recruitment needsProactively sourcing and attracting high-calibre healthcare professionals through various channelsIdentifying and driving marketing opportunities to build brand awareness and talent pools for your division.About You
