Your administrative skills will boost the Recruitment team by assisting with functional recruitment activities, eRecruitment systems, social media, and general support.
Your exceptional writing skills will help craft dynamic and engaging job ads, social media posts, reports, and emails.

Duties will include:
Liaising, advising, and providing support to Hiring Managers. Providing candidates with a positive experience through all phases of the recruitment process. Managing communication with candidates using our e-Recruitment system. Offering comprehensive administration and office support for recruitment processes and campaigns. Writing engaging job ads and ensuring accurate and timely advertising of all DCP vacancies. Maintaining an advertising tracker. Managing the Recruitment team email inbox. Providing internal support to users of the eRecruitment system. The ideal candidate will:
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess great attention to detail. Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Demonstrate fantastic organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure. Be driven, confident, creative, and motivated.
