About the role In this role, you can expect plenty of variety. In addition to performing customer service and administrative duties, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn about government recruitment processes and support a team of Recruitment Consultants with various activities.
We are looking to offer a casual contract, with the intention that the successful candidate will work part-time hours, approx. 2 – 3 days per week (ideally Monday – Wednesday).
Duties Managing databases and performing administrative tasks Assisting with government recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, collating candidate data and reference checking Answering and directing incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service Assisting with the company's social media, including creating graphics for job advertisements Our ideal candidate Our ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in customer service and/or administration. Experience within the government space and/or an understanding of the APS is highly desirable.
