Recruitment Support Officer People and Culture Continuing, full-time $75,439 to $86,992 per annum (HEO5) 17% employer superannuation Salary packaging options are available 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum Location: Available for Armidale campus; with hybrid working arrangements Applicants must have appropriate Australian work rights for the duration of this position (UNE will not provide sponsorship for this position) Acknowledgement of Country The University of New England (UNE) is a regionally based, globally networked university renowned for the quality of its student experience and the excellence of its research specialisations.

About the role Our Recruitment Support Officer plays a key role in attracting top talent to UNE and helping candidates find their perfect fit within our diverse community.
The position supports the facilitation of UNE's staff recruitment processes by triaging requests, providing recruitment advice to stakeholders and supporting the team with administrative requirements.
About you To be successful in this role, you will: Enjoy working in a collaborative team setting that successfully delivers on team outcomes that contribute to UNE's business priorities.
Have administration experience and a strong ability to prioritise tasks aligned to team and organisation priorities.
