The Workforce Division Unit comprises approximately 40 human resource practitioners who provide a high quality, client focused and value adding human resource service to management and staff throughout the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.About the role:The Workforce Division is undergoing significant change to meet the needs of the organisation.
This role will support the Team Leader and senior management of Workforce Division in defining business needs, identifying and filling skills gaps, and implementing change to build an agile and proactive unit capable of supporting the Health Service as it undertakes significant change in the management of recruitment services.
