We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles across Australia. This is a full-time role with the successful candidate being based at our Epping site.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role within our People & Culture team, devising and implementing talent sourcing strategies during the recruitment processes with some additional People & Culture related tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Day to Day of the Role Support the entire recruitment process from job definition through to onboarding and all associated duties.Advise managers on strategies for recruitment, selection, and interview evaluation procedures.Be an additional point of contact for operational managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers, ensuring every application is responded to in a timely manner.Ensure Recruitment Specialist operations and projects are contributing to the overall People and Culture strategy.Understand and provide information on market trends.Maintain accurate notes and provide weekly reports on Recruitment and retention percentages.Our ideal candidate will have: Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills.Proven experience in a similar role or skillset.Exceptional people skills.Knowledge of Industry trends.Proficiency with social media, recruitment databases/platforms (such as Seek, LinkedIn) and professional networks to proactively source potential applicants.#J-18808-Ljbffr
