About the Role Working in a fast-paced environment, your principal accountabilities will include:
Accurately matching client business requirements with appropriately skilled Haynes personnel by collaborating with customers to identify sourcing needs.
Industry networking to build an ongoing top talent pool of candidates, whilst ensuring our candidate database is accurately kept up to date.
Manage the entire recruitment process, initiating job postings, screening candidate resumes, interviewing candidates, extending formal offers of employment, onboarding candidates and the ongoing relationship between the candidate, client and Haynes.
Temporary and Permanent recruitment.
Talent pooling of candidates.
Verifying candidate qualifications, working rights and identification documents.
In our team we look for: A hard-working professional with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Previous experience in a similar Labour Hire or Recruitment role (preferred, not essential).
A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong time management skills.
Experience with computer systems and programs including Microsoft Office.
