HR Partners by Randstad is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Recruitment Partner to join our clients People & Workplace Services team based in Melbourne CBD (2/3 days WFH).
This role is a permanent full-time position and will partner with internal stakeholders on all aspects of internal and external recruitment. You will oversee and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process and the development and management of talent pools.
This is the perfect opportunity for an outgoing, strategic, and flexible recruitment specialist.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, engage, and retain quality candidates.
Develop high-touch relationships to attract, screen, develop, and utilize talent pools of qualified and engaged candidates.
Apply expertise and knowledge in sourcing candidates via a variety of direct sourcing methods.
Support the review of recruitment, selection, onboarding, and welcome processes, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and ease of engagement.
Key Selection Criteria: Demonstrated experience delivering an end-to-end recruitment service (preferably within a public sector).
Good understanding of attraction, assessment, selection, engagement, and onboarding strategies and processes.
Experience in the use of payroll, HRIS, and/or recruitment management systems.
