A Day in the Life: In this role, you will:
Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for replacement and new positions.Build and maintain talent pools and manage candidate relationships.Develop strong relationships with key hiring leads and HRBPs.Collaborate with our off-shore sourcing team to identify top candidates for immediate and future needs.Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives and contribute to the development of talent processes.Solve talent-related challenges and act as a valued partner to the business.Support the execution of global strategic programs and projects.What Will Make You Successful: We are seeking a passionate recruiter who will be a brand ambassador for our business. The successful candidate will possess:
