TP Human Capital is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a small local team, in Townsville, on a temporary basis.
Core responsibilities include: process candidates and assist with recruitment functions PA type (assistant) for a small team of 6 customer service – candidates and clients, someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone business improvement initiatives Provide reception support as required Skills, Attributes needed: Essential A friendly and professional disposition Clear and confident communication skills – verbal and written Have an eye for detail  Excellent time management, with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong computer skills – Microsoft Suites and CRM Platforms Ability to problem solve and show initiative Desirable Understanding of the recruitment and/or employment industry – blue collar or mining is a bonus Marketing / Graphic background either by prior experience or study – preferred but not essential   This role is available for an immediate start.
