We are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer

to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team based in Gawler

.
The Recruitment Resourcer will primarily be responsible for providing daily recruitment assistance and support to our Account Managers & Consultant.Duties And Responsibilities Will Include

Answering phones and providing support to the team

Candidate screening

Conducting candidate interviews

Creating tailored candidate profiles based on suitability

Data base management, including rosters

Conducting reference checks

Driving pre-employment compliance

Advertising current jobs

Providing payroll support

Providing on call after hours support

To be successful, you will require the following skills and attributes:Previous experience within a recruitment role is advantageous

Hold a valid drivers licence

Friendly and professional communication

Must possess the ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds

Strong administrative skills
