About the role To provide recruitment and candidate management to the white-collar team of the business by recruiting, assigning, training, inducting and managing candidates effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable roles.
Provide expert advice and support to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database.
Other duties as required.
About you To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: A recent graduate in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Arts, Communication or equivalent is highly regarded.
Passion and dedication for the recruitment industry Confident speaking on the phone with clients and candidates.
Capability of understanding client needs and strive to find the perfect match between candidates and clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Car licence and own transport Willingness to learn You will be a self-starter who is driven, creative, flexible and resilient!
Experience and understanding of government recruitment processes is highly regarded.
