Recruitment Resourcer
Salary range: £24,603 - £26,565 per annum
40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
We have an exciting new role as an In-House Recruitment Resourcer to join the Trust, based at our provision in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire.
Working as part of an existing, successful recruitment team with responsibility for the promotion of vacancies across all Trust schools and colleges, and focusing predominantly on the recruitment of key roles such as Teaching Assistants and Support Workers.
This is a fabulous opportunity to start a career in Recruitment within the Education and Care sector and to join our growing recruitment team.
In this role you will be placing adverts, having direct communication, and building excellent relationships with applicants, designing engaging social media campaigns, and creating effective external partnerships. Working closely with our team of existing Recruiters, Provision Leads and HR teams, you will be primarily responsible for providing a healthy supply of quality applications from people who embrace the Trust's objectives, vision and values.
Prospective candidates should be able to demonstrate:
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work to targets
Excellent organisational skills
IT literate and able to maximise online recruitment boards
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
The ability to build, manage and maintain strong relationships
Self-motivated to develop and progress yourself, and others around you
