Recruitment Researcher

ROLE We are seeking a Recruitment Researcher to join our team for a 9-month period, with the potential for extension or transition to a permanent role. We are open to candidates available either full-time or part-time. As a Resourcer, you will: Conduct headhunting campaigns to identify talent from clients' competitors. Proactively find suitable candidates on LinkedIn, Seek Talent, and our CRM. Advertise vacancies on Seek, LinkedIn, Broadbean, and manage the responses. Source, screen, and conduct in-depth candidate interviews. Conduct detailed references on all shortlisted candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with all interviewed candidates. Work strategically with the team to identify leads and business opportunities. Maintain and update the CRM system. ABOUT YOU 2 years of experience in Recruitment (internal or agency). Strong proficiency in conducting headhunting campaigns and sourcing candidates through various channels like LinkedIn, Seek Talent, and CRM systems. Demonstrated ability to screen and interview candidates effectively, ensuring a high standard of quality in shortlisted candidates. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for building and maintaining relationships with candidates and team members. Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A passion for recruitment and a drive to continuously learn and improve in the field.
