An opportunity has arisen for a high-performing recruitment partner to help us grow our Queensland presence. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking for an employer with a highly respected brand. The role will suit a strong account manager with business development capabilities who has an interest in growth. Pinpoint Talent is a supplier to the Queensland Government for contract and permanent roles, and we would offer this big account as a warm desk for you to own, build relationships, and develop further. However, we ideally would expect this person to understand the Qld gov account and have existing relationships within this market.
THE PERSON
Will be an experienced professional recruiter, preferably with prior experience in recruiting IT roles.
Will have the ability to multi-task in a busy and dynamic environment.
Will have an entrepreneurial mindset with excellent client management skills.
Will be a highly motivated self-starter who shows initiative and values attention to detail.
Will be solutions-focused with a can-do attitude.
Has the willingness to be out meeting people face to face, predominantly in Brisbane.
This may suit an individual who is looking to break from the larger recruitment firms and is willing to take on the responsibility and use their skills to be part of evolving brand using the Qld Gov panel arrangement.
