Based at our Tranmere Corporate Office, as our Recruitment Partner, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver an efficient and effective internal recruitment service to Helping Hand managers.
This role ensures prompt, timely, and effective communication with hiring manager and candidates to foster a positive candidate and recruitment experience.
You'll also make an impact by:Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and candidates.Supporting hiring managers in developing interview questionnaires and candidate information packs to help identify the most suitable candidates.Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service are maintained throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive experience for all candidates.Preparing and updating recruitment related data for analysis of current and relevant recruitment activities and trends, and assisting in providing input to effective recruitment strategies.Planning, organising, and conducting assessment centres in collaboration with hiring managers and the respective stakeholders.
What you'll bring To succeed in this role, you will have:Relevant qualification in HR, recruitment, or in a similar field.Two+ years of experience in a recruitment or human resources role.
Sound understanding of effective recruitment and selection processes along with a strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to develop rapport, empathy and to communicate effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.Able to plan, organise, prioritise work and meet deadlines in an environment with competing.
Current Drivers LicenseValid NDIS check or be willing to obtain one.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following: Experience in the Aged Care Industry.An understanding and ability to apply relevant award conditions.
