Mills Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our client's team in Canning Vale on a temporary basis.

Position Details: Location: Canning Vale, WA 6155 Hours: 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm (Tuesday to Friday).
Initially 5 days/week in January Contract: Temporary (Immediate Start) until June 2025.
Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience as a recruiter.
Solid understanding of the manufacturing industry .
Proven experience recruiting for blue-collar roles (e.g., Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers).
Experience recruiting for white-collar roles (highly advantageous).
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy .
Ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks .
Current driver's licence .
Personal Attributes: We're looking for someone who: Can adhere to strict processes and procedures .
Is punctual, professional , and takes pride in their presentation.
Represents themselves and the company in a polished and professional manner .
Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Officer, you will: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in alignment with established procedures.
Recruit for both operations and commercial roles.
Coordinate pre-employment medicals for candidates.
