About the Role: NRW Holdings is now seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join our white-collar team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be a highly organised individual who will thrive working under pressure and delivering to deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.
To be considered for this position as a Recruitment Officer you must possess the following as a minimum: Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment. Great initiative and the ability to work to strict timeframes. A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism. Strong attention to detail. A proactive approach when engaging internal and external stakeholders. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for but not limited to: The end-to-end recruitment process for white-collar personnel across head office and project-based roles including advertising, phone screening, interviews and coordinating both NRW and client mobilisation requirements. Working closely with Management and project teams throughout the onboarding process to provide support and guidance as required. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About the Opportunity: "A Safe Day.
