As a key player in our recruitment team, you will be at the heart of our talent acquisition strategy, responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting the best candidates to join our growing workforce across QLD and New South Wales. Your role will involve proactive outreach, building strong talent pipelines, and developing innovative strategies to bring top performers across our projects. From screening candidates to conducting interviews, you will guide potential employees through every step of the recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all.
But your role doesn't end with finding the right talent. You'll also contribute to ensuring that we match the right skills to the right projects, playing a key role in workforce planning and talent alignment. By ensuring we have the right people in the right roles, you'll directly support PIMS Group's ongoing success and expansion across diverse projects and contracts. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead the development and execution of targeted recruitment campaigns for a variety of roles, ensuring alignment with company needs. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring discussions with managers to select the best candidates. Implement onboarding programs that provide new hires with a smooth integration into the company. Collaborate with senior management to evaluate HR needs and devise strategies that support business objectives. Maintain accurate staff training records and qualifications to ensure compliance. Work with the HR team to manage the talent pool and oversee employee rostering across projects. Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives that drive engagement and operational success. Maintain and manage HR-related documentation, including monthly reports to monitor key metrics. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal HR processes.
