An opportunity has become available for several Recruitment Officers to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will Provide administration support for the recruitment processWork collaboratively with team members, prioritise workloads and meet deadlinesProcess and finalise selection processes for advertised and non-advertised positions including preparation of letters for successful/unsuccessful applicantsProcess requests to advertise across all vacancy streamsUndertake accurate high volume data entry from source documents into in house databases, correspondence and forms.Provide advice on recruitment and selection processes and techniques applying policy and award interpretationAbout you To be successful in this position you will require:
While not mandatory the following would be highly desirable:A relevant qualification in Recruitment or Human ResourcesData entry and/or high-volume processing experience in a variety of systemsPrevious recruitment experienceDeclaration of serious discipline history must be disclosedCriminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)Flexible work optionsSalary PackagingModern FacilitiesDiverse Work Culture12.75% super17.5% leave loadingPermanent full time and Temporary full time (One permanent full time position, multiple temporary full time positions, ranging from 3 - 12 months with possibility of extension)Base salary ranging from $74 722 - $83 097 per annum or $37.68 - $41.90 per hourAbout Us Recruitment Services sit under Workforce Policy and Performance within Human Resource Services (HRS). There are currently three different recruitment teams with each team consisting of a Recruitment Coordinator and multiple Recruitment Officer's, all based at Carrara.
