Job DescriptionAbout the role Are you looking to develop your skills and gain experience in the recruitment space? If yes, we would love you to join the ATSICHS Brisbane People and Culture Team in this permanent full-time position.
Partnering with hiring managers, you will enjoy end to end recruitment in a fast-paced environment across a broad portfolio. You are a clear communicator, organised, and efficient. You love connecting and building relationships with those you are supporting on the recruitment and selection journey. You will have the support of your fellow People and Culture Team members, who will guide and support you as you settle into the role.
Duties Co-ordinate and participate in the end to end recruitment process.Advise hiring managers on the recruitment and selection process.Identify candidate sourcing opportunities and apply employer branding.Develop and post engaging job advertisements.Conduct telephone screening, interviews, and reference checks.Onboarding activities.Culture Enjoy working in an organisation that makes a difference in the community. Permanent full-time position.Annual salary starts at $66,000; salary depends on qualifications and experience.11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).Desired Skills and ExperienceCOVID-19 Requirement Immunisation history showing you have received two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine is encouraged.Required Strong administration skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.National Police Check.Drivers Licence.Previous experience in an administration or recruitment position.Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander societies and their cultures, and a general understanding of the issues that are affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in contemporary Australian society.How to apply Applications can be submitted by following the links on the Recruitment page.
