Hours: Full time Mon to Fri
Location: Hybrid from home and at our CBD office
Reporting to: Recruitment Team Leader
Salary: $57,063pa plus salary sacrifice.

Why is the role available and what would I be doing? Due to an internal promotion, our recruitment team are looking to add a new team member.
This role gives the successful applicant a chance to recruit and onboard high-calibre Disability Support Workers (DSWs) for CPL's support offices within a designated region.
This role involves building strong relationships with Service Managers, understanding their team's specific needs, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to fill vacancies promptly.
This role will involve some occasional travel to the network branches.
What are the Key Responsibilities? Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain close working relationships with Service Managers within the assigned region to understand their team dynamics, client needs, and staffing requirements. Recruitment strategy: Create and implement tailored recruitment plans for each support office based on identified needs. Candidate sourcing: Utilise various channels to attract suitable DSW candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals. Screening and selection: Conduct initial screening of applicants, arrange interviews, and participate in assessment centres. Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the role. Talent pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs. Reporting and analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes. What is on offer? Make a difference! Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the disability support sector would be preferred but if you are working towards, or have just graduated in HR, this could be a great fit for you. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with stakeholders. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Understanding of disability support services and the NDIS is desirable.
