In this exciting role, you will be based at our Head Office in Melbourne , collaborating closely with the local Talent Acquisition team while reporting into the global Talent Innovation team.
You will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment marketing strategies across Australia & New Zealand, ensuring our processes and campaigns resonate with regional audiences.
Leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels, you'll enhance our employer branding efforts, engage thousands of candidates annually, and provide support for our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Reporting to the Manager of Recruitment Marketing (based in the US), you will own key aspects of the recruitment marketing process, working alongside a global, passionate team dedicated to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and operational excellence.

Own all libraries within the ATS for the region: screening questions, email templates, video interview templates, file library, and job templates.
Craft engaging and authentic job advertisements, supporting the hiring process by ensuring quality control of all requisitions at the point of creation.
Manage Seek integration with ATS, troubleshooting as needed.
Create and implement strategies for building, segmenting, and engaging our talent communities.
Build effective email and text campaigns to reach target candidates.
Partner with team to execute paid and organic recruitment marketing, creating job adverts and partnering with vendors to tag, measure, and report on full-funnel throughput metrics like CPC, CPA, CPH, reach, and engagement.
Lead programmatic advertising strategy for Australia and New Zealand Analyse recruitment marketing channel(s) performance alongside application and website data to identify key trends and recommend optimisations.
Participate in campaign planning and ideation, including identifying KPIs, developing media plans, and presenting channel-specific strategies.
Assist in global recruitment marketing efforts and projects.
More about you Experience in talent acquisition, marketing, employer branding or related field; experience in recruitment marketing is preferred Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with strong skills in Excel.
Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required.
