Follow the link to find out what its like to live, work and play in our wonderful region: Greater Shepparton: Great Things Happen Here About the role: A new role at GV Health, the Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing of GV Health as an employer of choice at all career stages through the delivery of specific and targeted recruitment communications.
To do this, the Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will develop and implement both the overall GV Health Recruitment Communications Plan and also the specific GV Health Allied Health Recruitment Communications Plan, in support of the organisation's People Strategy related to the attraction, recruitment and retention of staff.
To be successful in this role, you will be a great team player and have demonstrated experience in working in a Communications or Marketing role.
You will ideally have a tertiary qualification in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or similar, and an understanding of the issues affecting recruitment in regional health services.
