Reporting to the Director, you will lead and further develop the Technology recruitment division whilst developing your own successful desk. Your prime responsibility will be incremental revenue/profit growth, attraction, and development of staff, qualifying and developing client opportunities, developing a marketing strategy for your team and managing candidate attraction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a robust and profitable Tech business
* Improve revenue growth, productivity, and margin growth month on month
* Manage and develop a team of consultants for future progression
* Identification and attraction of new Consultants to the team
* Qualify and develop new business opportunities in addition to management of existing clients
* Develop a marketing strategy for the team ensuring wide coverage on various platforms
* Implement and manage a candidate attraction and engagement program
Key Requirements:
* The ability to manage and development a profitable team, develop Consultants and ensure yr on yr growth
* Commercial awareness and ability to manage financials/P&L to drive incremental growth
* Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with a diverse group of clients
* Leadership skills to effectively lead and develop a team of consultants
* Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage quality of work and delivery to clients/candidates
* Understanding of Perth Tech recruitment market
