Recruitment Manager - Perth, LATAM & Europe Northbridge, Perth, Australia Reporting to the Director Student Recruitment, this position is directly responsible for local area sales in Perth, Latin America, Europe & MENA through direct and indirect sales through agent and partner management. The Recruitment Manager is expected to achieve sales, revenue, and student recruitment objectives. This dynamic role blends agent and student engagement to promote Navitas English on and offshore and will require a progressive attitude and a determination to deliver a quality service to students, agents, and partners alongside key stake holders. Key Result Areas: • Meet agreed targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives for Navitas English ELICOS student recruitment in Perth • Develope and maintain effective relationships with local market agents, and other partner organizations, alliances and networks within the local area market & LATAM • Recommend and implement sales tactics (including attendance at fairs and workshops, running competitor analysis, etc.) • Proactively identify and report back on market trends • Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with key personnel in our partner organization • Ensure that all enquiries are effectively followed up within agreed time parameters, including coordinating/distributing and/or responding to direct enquiries • Liaise with the team in the updating of agent and enquiry records through the use of Salesforce, eBECAS or other sales management tools • Day-to-day liaison and communication with students, clients, and other stakeholders utilizing a range of authorized communication channels • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements • Proactively recruits new qualifying partners • Identify and furthers business development opportunities Qualifications and selection criteria: Qualifications in marketing, business or related area of study Experience working with international customers, partners, or other stakeholders Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer and client service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Second language other than English Experience in a similar role in an education organization About us: Navitas is a leading global education provider that has helped generations of learners transform their lives through education.
