As a result, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our leadership group.
Leading this business-critical function, key to the role will be the development of an overarching recruitment strategy that prepares the business for current and future growth whilst continuing to position the business as a destination employer.
Reporting to our General Manager of Operational Services, areas of focus for this role include:
Build and define a clear recruitment strategy that is understood and communicated across the organisation. Lead, coach and empower your team to deliver outcomes whilst modelling the values and behaviours of a senior leader. Act as a connector of people within the business as someone who can build trust, leverage relationships and provide certainty on the delivery of recruitment outcomes. Provide, promote and use key recruitment metrics to help shape strategic business decisions, create discussion and support a range of decision-making processes as relates to both attraction and retention of key talent. Support broader workforce planning activities including succession planning. Ongoing development of the business's recruitment processes and systems that continue to provide the flexibility and performance of an agile and growing business. YOUR BACKGROUND
Previous experience in a Recruitment Manager role with experience working with construction contractors. Exposure to the shutdown/maintenance space and/or major projects will be highly regarded. Strong understanding of recruitment systems (JobAdder, Page Up, SuccessFactors etc). Proven leadership capability with the ability to empower and drive outcomes. Ability to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics including communicating these to various levels within the organisation (including the executive team).
