With long-term tier one contracts, we are actively searching for a Recruitment Lead to join our Corporate Services Team in our brand-new office in Orange, New South Wales.

ABOUT THE ROLE As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce.
You will lead our recruitment team's efforts, develop strategic hiring plans, and ensure that we meet our staffing needs with the best candidates in the construction industry.
Your expertise in talent acquisition and passion for construction will help us build a strong team to achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry.
Lead the recruitment team to meet firm staffing deadlines.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates across various levels and disciplines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Interpret EBA's & Awards in line with current legislation as required.
Knowledge of HR Software for administration, creating new employees etc.
ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
Strong leadership skills are essential to your success.
A great attitude and exceptional attention to detail are essential.
Proven experience in high volume, fast paced recruitment - preferably in the construction or related industry.
Strong understanding of construction roles, skills, and qualifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
A degree in Human Resources or Business Administration would be advantageous, but not required.
