With long-term tier one contracts, we are actively searching for a Recruitment Lead to join our Corporate Services Team in our brand-new office in Orange, New South Wales. ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce.
You will lead our recruitment team's efforts, develop strategic hiring plans, and ensure that we meet our staffing needs with the best candidates in the construction industry.
Your expertise in talent acquisition and passion for construction will help us build a strong team to achieve our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry.Lead the recruitment team to meet firm staffing deadlines.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.Source, screen, and interview candidates across various levels and disciplines.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Interpret EBA's & Awards in line with current legislation as required.Knowledge of HR Software for administration, creating new employees etc.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role you must possess the following:
