Your opportunity Recruitment Manager * M2P Engineering * Teneriffe, Brisbane, QLD * $135,000 + Superannuation * Full Time, Permanent Position As our valued Recruitment Manager, you will play a vital part in leading and overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of hundreds of successful candidates, to our offices, workshops and remote sites around Australia each year. You'll draw on your experience and knowledge of recruitment and onboarding practices, to lead and support a team to attract and retain high performing people, who align with our culture, to meet project manning requirements. Working in our modern head office in Teneriffe, you'll join the People and Culture team and enjoy being surrounded by reliable, friendly, hard-working people who have your back and step up for you when you need it most. You'll make an impact by: * Building solid relationships with key stakeholders, based on trust and communication. * Formulating successful efficient attraction strategies to draw in high level candidates who align with business needs and culture. * Empower your team with the resources, information and knowledge to successfully engage and onboard required personnel, providing training, development and support as required and recognising and rewarding their efforts. * Ensure an ethical and compliant approach to recruitment and onboarding, striving for best practice in candidate care. What you'll bring To succeed in this role, ideally you will have: * Demonstrated experience in high volume recruitment and onboarding in industries such as Mining, Energy, Oil and Gas, Construction, Manufacturing and Engineering, recruiting for roles such as: * Project and Construction Managment and Supervision * Engineering and Project Controls * Safety and Quality * Construction and Engineering Trades; and * Support roles. * Demonstrated experience successfully leading a team and efficiently allocating and utilising resources. * Experience in the development of attraction strategies, using a variety of platforms, search methods and out of the box ideas, along with implementation and communication of our developing EVP. * A commitment and passion for candidate care and experience. * A solid understanding of recruitment and onboarding legislative and regulatory requirements.
