This is an exciting full time ongoing opportunity. As a pivotal member of an organisation that champions of social justice and equality, the Recruitment Manager will work closely with the People and Culture team, Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers, recruitment agencies, and candidates. Leading a culture of engagement through recognition and collaboration, you will model values and behaviours, contributing to an optimal service model prioritising continuous improvement initiatives. As the Recruitment Manager, you will apply your expertise overseeing all aspects of end-to-end recruitment operations, providing leadership and guidance to the team. Applying your meticulous attention to detail and accuracy you will oversee the applicant tracking system, delivering recruitment training to your team and the broader organisation to align with skill requirements.  Key Responsibilities : Recruitment Activity : Provide end-to-end recruitment services, including sourcing, selection, and hiring. Support Business Partners in advising managers on recruitment policies. Improve recruitment processes and manage recruitment platforms. Conduct recruitment training for managers on values alignment and skills assessment. Stay updated on employment legislation, especially regarding equal opportunity laws. Leadership: Lead and guide Business Partners in recruitment initiatives. Mentor Business Partners to foster an engaged culture. Exemplify values, prioritizing resident-focused service. Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with management, bridging departments. Ensure positive candidate experiences aligned with organizational values. Drive engagement within the Recruitment & TA team through innovative approaches. Key Skills and Experience  Experience in a senior recruitment/talent acquisition role. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team to achieve organisational goals and objectives. Knowledge of contemporary, best practice recruitment and relevant legislation. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with recruitment and sourcing tools. Proven ability to produce professional correspondence, policies, procedures, and other documents. WH&S knowledge and skills suitable for the position.
