Role Overview In this high-impact role, the Recruitment Leader will oversee high-volume recruitment operations, managing a team of recruiters to source, screen, and onboard large numbers of candidates across multiple departments. You will work with senior leadership to ensure recruitment strategies align with CDC's staffing needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead High-Volume Recruitment: Manage and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring the timely filling of roles across various levels and departments.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment professionals, setting clear goals and KPIs to ensure success in meeting hiring targets.Hands-On Recruitment: Actively participate in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure we meet immediate hiring needs.Sourcing & Strategy: Develop efficient sourcing strategies to manage large applicant pools and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.Process Optimisation: Streamline recruitment processes to improve speed and efficiency, reducing time-to-hire while maintaining quality hires.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and senior leadership to identify staffing needs and deliver recruitment solutions.Data-Driven Decisions: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, adjust strategies, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience, even in high-volume hiring scenarios, maintaining CDC's reputation as an employer of choice.Skills & Experience Required:
Proven Experience in High-Volume Recruitment: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale recruitment projects in fast-paced environments.Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing and leading recruitment teams to meet high-performance targets.Expert in Recruitment Tools: Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and sourcing strategies.Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, with a focus on efficiency and quality.Exceptional Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.Data Analysis: Experience in using data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and optimise processes.Why Join Us?
