Toll People are on the hunt for a Recruitment Operations Manager with exceptional leadership skills, compliance know-how, and a knack for client satisfaction to join our vibrant team!
Key Responsibilities: Partner with the General Manager to craft and execute strategies for success and profitability. Ensure our branch hits all the right notes with key performance indicators like effectiveness, timeliness, and customer happiness. Key Qualifications: At least 3 years of management experience in the recruitment industry. Demonstrated experience in transport, supply chain logistics or equivalent industries. A proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement. Financially savvy with top-notch budget management skills. A natural leader who can provide clear direction and constructive feedback. Experience in high-volume environments is a big plus!
