Our ClientPerks People Solutions have partnered with Plena Healthcare, a leading organisation that is on a mission to help their clients live happier, healthier and more independent lives.
They pride themselves on putting their clients at the centre of everything they do, and they offer a range of services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, dietetics and speech pathology.An opportunity now exists for an experienced Recruitment Lead to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.The RoleReporting through to the Executive General Manager – Operations, your duties will include: Leading and mentoring a team of 3x Recruitment Advisors including all coaching, performance management, and workflow.Shaping the recruitment strategy, identifying process improvement opportunities and driving the success of the function nationally.Managing the end-to-end recruitment process on behalf of senior stakeholders across the business.Developing strong relationships with key hiring leaders and leadership.Conducting resource planning meetings with managers to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education.Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent into healthcare roles nationally.Participating in career expos, fairs and networking events alongside the recruitment team.Ensuring that recruitment procedures are compliant with relevant laws and are contemporary and best practice.Analysing the performance of the function and driving continuous improvement of the recruitment process.Collaborating with HR and management to continue to enhance employer brand to attract a diverse range of talent.Solving talent related challenges, thinking "outside the box" and acting as a valued partner to the organisation.About YouStrong recruitment background, ideally in a senior capacity with the ability to mentor, coach, lead and inspire others.Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to negotiate and proactively communicate with key stakeholders.Strong track record recruiting roles within a dynamic, fast paced environment where you have juggled multiple, competing priorities.Previous healthcare experience is desirable but not essential to be considered.In ReturnCohesive, tight knit team environment where your expertise will be valued.Competitive salary package + other benefits such as novated car leases and fitness and retail discounts.Hybrid options available including 2 days WFH and an optional 9-day fortnight.Norwood location with on-site car parking available.Work for a values-led organisation that is energetic, acts with integrity, nurtures and cares.Next StepsIf you're interested in the role on offer, please apply using the relevant links.
