A chance to discover firsthand the opportunities at PRC by attending the Recruitment Information and Assessment Centre on Thursday 26th September 2024 at our Subiaco Administration Centre!
What is an Information & Assessment Centre? The purpose of the Recruitment Information & Assessment Centre is to provide you with detailed information on PRC's services and what being a Customer Service Representative entails. We will unpack the expectations of the role and get to know you a little better with some fun interactive activities!
At the end of the session, you will have the opportunity to interview with our Customer Service Team Leads and our Talent Acquisition team!
If shortlisted, you will be invited to attend this bespoke event on Thursday 26th September 2024 commencing around 9am–3pm, so you must be available to attend for the entire session, morning tea and lunch provided!
What are we looking for? Previous experience in a customer service environment within the last 2 years Ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining a high level of patient care/customer service. Reside in the Perth Metropolitan area and able to travel to Osborne Park for shifts ranging between 8am–5pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday half day. Experience in the medical industry is advantageous, however not mandatory. Demonstrated experience communicating with individuals from various cultural and social backgrounds. Must have full Australian working rights. What happens after the Recruitment Information & Assessment Centre? All successful applicants will be placed into a pool from which appointments will be made for current full-time or part-time opportunities. If you are not offered a placement you will remain in the pool for any vacancies that may arise within the following 6 months unless you advise us otherwise.
Successful applicants from the Recruitment Information & Assessment Centre will be required to undertake pre-employment checks which include references, a national police check, and working rights check.
