We are seeking an experienced LinkedIn Sourcing Specialist to join our vibrant Port Melbourne office. This role is initially 20-30 hours per week with the exciting potential to transition into a full-time position, merging with a Talent Specialist role.

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter Pro to source, connect, and engage with high-quality candidates Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to attract top talent Maintain and grow our talent pipeline through active candidate engagement
