We are looking for a Recruitment & HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for coordinating and facilitating various stages of the hiring cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both candidate and dealership.
This is a Permanent Full-Time role. HR graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Description How you will make an impact:
End to end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, and organizing pre-employment checks. Completing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee and training records across personnel files and HR databases. Assisting in the planning and communication of staff events. Supporting the broader HR team as required. Desired Skills and Experience What we're looking for:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (or working towards). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships. Confident in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills. Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite. Life at New Town Toyota
