Opportunity to shape the HR function for a growing organisation The Recruitment Hive is a fast-growing established ICT recruitment company that provides services to Federal Government organisations.
About the position:
The HR Manager reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support organisational growth by further developing our HR capability, effectively managing organisational change, and driving the high-performance culture of the organisation.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Will have high levels of judgement and can manage complex and sensitive employee matters demonstrating resilience and emotional intelligence. You will have significant HR expertise, including the ability to partner with business and demonstrate a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. As the central HR contact for staff, managers, and contractors, you will manage all HR operations through a collegiate approach to support business goals. Additionally, you will be proficient at setting the HR policy parameters for the organisation, leading health and safety initiatives, promoting employee wellbeing, and maintaining accurate records for data-driven decisions. Undertaking regular reviews of HR processes will drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and scalability, setting a high standard for the HR function.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide strategic HR advice to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team and develop innovative HR strategies and solutions. Ensure compliance with all relevant HR legislative requirements. Develop and maintain a suite of contemporary HR Policies, processes, and procedures. Drive organisational change and implement a high-performance culture. Lead workforce planning to ensure both the attraction and retention of the workforce ensuring business continuity. Undertake HR reporting and metric analysis to inform HR and business planning. Qualifications and Experience: Negative Vetting 1 security clearance or ability to obtain one. A degree in HR or related discipline or an equivalent of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.
