Responsible Service of Alcohol Responsible Service of Gaming TAB/Keno Safe Food Handling Certificate Certificate in Hospitality Certificate in Cookery Food Safety Supervisor Barista Course/Experience Successful applicants must be available throughout December and January and willing to work Christmas and/or New Year; the employment start date will be in the last week of November.
