About the Role This is a part-time (0.8 EFT / 4 days per week) fixed term parental leave cover position commencing February 2025 for 12 months. The Recruitment and Credentialing Coordinator will be responsible for a portfolio of medical units within Monash Health in the Senior Medical Staff (SMS) workforce.
The coordinator is responsible for recruitment, credentialing and/or operational functions under the guidance of the Senior coordinators & Deputy Director, Monash Doctors Workforce.
You will play an important role in ensuring our doctors meet the highest standards of qualification and competency.
You will assist our Units in managing the recruitment process and overseeing credentialing and compliance.
Your keen eye for detail and dedication to efficiency will help us build a skilled and compliant workforce.
Recruitment & Credentialing: Recruitment, Credentialing and Onboarding of new medical staff joining Monash HealthProcessing contract variations and amendments for existing staffBuilding relationships with unit stakeholders to be the 'one stop shop' for medical staff recruitment related enquiries.Managing all aspects of onboarding to ensure medical staff are 'work ready'About You You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key attributes.

This is a part-time position for 4 days per week and there is flexibility with working hours / days which we are happy to discuss with you in interview.
