Your new role Join us as a Recruitment Coordinator where you'll play a vital role in ensuring not just the efficient execution but the enhancement of recruitment administration and coordination.
This role will focus on streamlining our Volume Recruitment Process, and you will play an essential part in achieving our collective goals, not only within the recruitment team but across our key Front Line Businesses.
Accountabilities Act as the initial point of contact for our volume recruitment team, overseeing position creation and management. Craft and process crucial Recruitment documents, including new employee contracts, ID documents, references as well as candidate templates. Provide invaluable administrative support to our Recruitment Team, enabling them to excel in their roles. Collaborate with Hiring Leaders and Recruitment Consultants in arranging and managing volume Assessment Centres; this includes diary management, room bookings, candidate invites, room set up on the day, and adhoc tasks which will enhance the candidate experience. Participate actively in our recruitment projects and initiatives, contributing your unique perspective. Operate in strict compliance with your obligations under WHS legislation, regulations, standards, and practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of all. Skills and experience you'll bring Prior experience in an administrative capacity is essential, preferably within recruitment or HR or Event Management. Exceptional time management abilities, thriving even in high-pressure environments. Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, equipped to offer service-focused guidance to both internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail. Capacity to improve existing processes and a curious mindset. Highly adept in utilising either Microsoft Suite or Google Suite. A proven adaptability to tackle different challenges and tasks daily. You will be supported by another Recruitment Coordinator, so we are confident that we can teach you all the necessary skills required to excel in this role.
