We provide a range of emergency, surgical, medical and general healthcare services, including maternity, palliative care, mental health, drug and alcohol, residential care, community health and state-wide specialist services to people and communities that are diverse in culture, age, socio-economic status, population and healthcare needs.
About the role The Medical Workforce Unit is responsible for the annual recruitment progam of over 780 Doctors in Traning posiitons across Eastern Health including Interns, HMO's, Registrars, Advance Trainees and Fellows. The role of the Recruitment Cooridinator is to work effectively and efficiantly as part of a diverse team in medical workforce on managing day to day enquiry, as well as respond to applications and manage candidates for annual posiitons. You will work closely with the Clinical Directors regarding recruitment planning, as well as part of a supportive recruitment team based in Medical Workforce.
