Recruitment Coordinator / Labour Hire SpecialistAre you a talented and experienced Recruitment Coordinator with a background in Labour Hire? Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business development and thrive on finding innovative solutions for both candidates and stakeholders?
We currently provide recruitment and training solutions to a range of clients across South East and Central Queensland. We are looking to build out our service offering to include labour hire solutions for our existing clients with a particular focus on servicing industries in the Aged Care, Disability, and other Human Services fields.
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator/Labour Hire Specialist to join our team to work with our network of employers and stakeholders to build out their workforce with participants that come through our training centre programs.

The Role: This is a multifaceted role with a strong focus on business development and overseeing workforce operations. The focus of the role will be to:
Work alongside our training organisation to identify individuals suitable for employment with our clients.Leverage client relationships across our organisation to build out our labour hire offering to clients.Work alongside our existing project teams and recruitment services to expand our service offering to our clients to include labour hire solutions.You'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, making it ideal for a self-motivated go-getter who excels at setting and achieving ambitious business goals. Your mission includes leading business development efforts, overseeing day-to-day labour hire operations, building strong client relationships, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

A proven track record in business development and labour hire coordination.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain valuable relationships.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.A strategic mindset, always seeking fresh approaches to achieve business growth.A can-do attitude and a passion for success.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeping multiple business development initiatives on track.Experience with Fasttrack 360 is a bonus.Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.A passion for relationship management and delivering value.Ability to work autonomously and within a team.Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.Your Mission: Business Development: Lead efforts to expand our client base, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships.Labour Hire Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient staffing solutions and exceptional service delivery.Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with clients, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders.End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process, placing job seekers with clients and fostering strong client relationships.What we're looking for: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the labour hire sector.Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset.Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.Passion for making a difference in the community.If you're a driven individual with a genuine desire to perform and grow, we want to hear from you.
