Recruiting Coordinators at Klaviyo are key to delivering an exceptional experience to every candidate. From scheduling interviews to communicating with internal and external stakeholders, candidates will remember and appreciate the work you do to make their experience interviewing with Klaviyo positive. In addition to working with candidates, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the broader Talent Operations team on our ambitious team roadmap.

How You Will Make a Difference: Provide a remarkable candidate experience: You will be at the forefront of representing Klaviyo to our candidates using Greenhouse and Prelude, our interview scheduling tool. Build relationships: Your ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure that candidates are scheduled quickly and efficiently. Be a problem solver: You will be on the frontlines of answering questions for our recruiting partners whether they are running into Greenhouse issues or need help understanding a change in our processes. Coordinate on projects: You will assist the global Recruiting Operations team on achieving the team's roadmap whether that's through improving scheduling processes or continuing to iterate on our remarkable candidate experience. Tackle tasks with efficiency: You will perform a variety of ad hoc tasks that will help keep our team moving. Who You Are: Have 3-5 years of interview scheduling or related coordination experience, ideally with Greenhouse and Prelude. Based in Sydney and willing to come into our Sydney office 3 days a week. Highly organized: You have the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently. Remarkably detailed: You are self-directed and have a meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a high sense of urgency. Team player: You are willing to help wherever needed; no task is too small or too big to accomplish. Proactive problem solver: You enjoy identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting potential solutions. Relationship builder: You are able to build rapport and instill trust in your judgment through your ability to complete any project or assignment with all stakeholders. Clear communicator: You interact and communicate (both verbally and written) comfortably with all levels inside and outside of the organization and demonstrate a strong customer service mindset.
