Within this role you'll be responsible for:
Communicating with candidates regarding compliance whilst always providing an exceptional candidate experience Recording all interactions in the candidate management system Generating contracts Providing administrative support in a fast paced, high volume environment Responding to enquiries
To be successful in this role you'll need:
Exceptional attention to detail Recruitment admin or coordinator experience Ability to optimize recruitment and compliance software Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills & the ability to multitask Excellent initiative and drive Strong administration skills are essential A telephone manner - comfortable picking up the phone & having a conversation!
