We are currently have the exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. Based at our new CBD head office, this position is offered on a full time permanent basis.
THE ROLE
As Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and onboarding blue-collar personnel. You will manage a recruitment process that has been developed to be proactive and consistent. At Linkforce you will work with a bespoke, state of the art planning system and a long term team.
This role will encompass: End to end recruitment, working in fast-paced environment with high-volume of candidate engagement Present at 'Recruitment Days' for new employees Building strong relationships and provide recruitment advice with internal stakeholders Participate in ongoing recruitment projects and initiatives on a variety of project throughout the Pilbara and Goldfields Be part of a wonderful team environment with excellent opportunities for development Associated administration duties ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a recruitment role, ideally in a blue-collar, high-volume environment, or experience in a role with similar, transferable skills. You must be a team player with a can-do attitude. You will be able to demonstrate: Knowledge of mining related qualifications, tickets, and licences; advantageous High levels of self-motivation with the ability to work with, and manage conflicting priorities Excellent time management and organisational skills Personable with the ability to build relationships with candidates IN RETURN
