About the role: In your new role of Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with Account Managers and Consultants to support the delivery of a seamless recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and candidates.
Administrative Support : Execute administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as updating and maintaining candidate databases, responding to emails, scheduling interviews and providing general day to day support.
Candidate Sourcing : Identify and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
Screening : Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidate applications against role requirements.
Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing timely communication, information, and support throughout the recruitment process.
Onboarding Assistance : Ensuring a seamless and positive transition from recruitment to employment by facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
Compliance : Ensure regulations, standards, and ethical practices that apply to our business are adhered to, including compliance to accurate data entry and record keeping within our database.
About you: You'll be a detail-oriented and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, and you aren't phased by juggling competing priorities.
In addition, we're looking for: Experience within a fast-paced customer facing environment.
Experience supporting recruitment processes within an agency or internal environment will be highly regarded.
A genuine, inquisitive and empathetic approach to the client and candidate experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with intermediate to advanced level computer skills using Microsoft Office products and ideally customer related databases.
The ability to collect, analyse and interpret information.
Willingness to engage, contribute and be part of a team, working collaboratively with your peers in both a face to face and remote structure.
