About the role:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and delivering creative and high-quality recruitment campaigns that attract, screen, and secure the best people within the disability sector. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will work closely alongside our clients in understanding their care team needs and maintain a client-centred approach in your recruitment campaigns. We are looking for someone to join our Darwin branch in a part-time capacity, working across 3 days per week at our Darwin office.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, your role is pivotal in shaping the care teams of our clients. You'll be responsible for running high volume recruitment campaigns, adhering to best-practice guidelines, and maintaining candidate compliance requirements to a high standard. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a primary focus of recruiting Disability Support Workers, Nurses, and other healthcare professionalsCreating job ads and responding to candidates in a timely mannerScreening, interviewing and onboarding successful candidatesBuilding relationships with clients to understand unique staffing needs and maintain open channels of communicationLiaising with internal stakeholders and allied health professionals across various client programs to drive recruitment initiativesMaintaining accurate candidate compliance records and meeting requirements as per company standardsAbout you:
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you have a blend of interpersonal, organisational, and strategic skills to successfully service our client's staffing needs. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be at the forefront of your work, and you will demonstrate the following:
A minimum of 12 months experience in end-to-end recruitment is essentialAbility to follow processes and manage multiple competing demandsA positive, solution-focused mindset and motivation to achieve results with high attention to detailHigh verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentationAbility to thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing your skills to a diverse and dynamic teamStart your application:
